There are no poisons or chemical repellents specifically for crow eradication. So you'll have to take other measures in your fight against crows.
Put secure lids on trash cans. Use trash cans that have latches over the side of the lid which locks the lid in place.
If you don't use trash cans and have to place plastic bags of garbage outdoors, cover the bags with netting, wire mesh or a tarp, so the crows can't get at the bags to tear them open,
Crows nest near water, so don't let water accumulate.
Cut down the trees that the crows perch in. Or cut some branches off the tree. Exposed branches deter roosting.
Cover fruit trees with bird netting. A 4-inch mesh will keep crows out but still let little birds in.
Scare crows away using visual tactics. This crow-scaring technique will probably be only temporarily effective because crows can learn over time that the items will not attack them.
Some visual items that work against crows:
Mylar tape or balloons hung so they blow in the wind.
Shiny items that will reflect the sun, such as CDs or aluminum pie pans. Shiny things also make it difficult for crows to see where they're going. Mount these items securely or the crows might snatch the items and fly away.
Artificial decoys in the likeness of natural predators of crows are sometimes effective deterrents. Crow predators include snakes, owls, raccoons, red tail hawks, and foxes.
Sounds of predators can also keep crows away. You can buy crow predator CDs online or download scary crow predator sounds from the internet. Play the crow-away sounds at irregular intervals throughout the day. Change the direction of the speakers sometimes.
Bright lights may also keep crows away. Pressurized jets of water and scarecrows in the likeness of humans are effective too.
Crow communities defend their territory and crows might post a lookout crow on a high point on your home or building.
Install physical deterrents on your roof and building ledges that will prevent crows from landing.
